"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"The property is in a rural like setting yet is only minutes away from Partenkirchen. There is a beautiful lake to sit outside and enjoy as well as a walking path around the lake. The breakfast and dinner buffets were huge and had so many choices to eat. The food was very good. There are several lounge areas both inside and outside to sit around and relax. Parking onsite. I would stay here again! "

"非常感謝飯店老闆AweHe，因為我們計劃到楚格峰，行前發現GP小鎮的纜車停駛，還好有她幫忙詢問及規劃提供資訊，改由奧地利方向坐纜車上楚格峰，讓我們如願以償登上德國第一高峰；也順路造訪上阿瑪高小鎮 ，欣賞古老傳統建築的濕壁畫及宗教藝術作品，非常棒的行程！ 工作人員笑容可掬而且服務熱心，幫我們購買及預約城堡的入場時間及其他相關資訊！ 飯店早餐非常豐富美味，尤其是起司、多種風味～還有我從未嚐過的辣椒、蔥、太妃糖口味，滿足了我的味蕾；歐姆蕾也是我吃過最好吃！ 此次預定飯店就是選擇避開吵雜的車站，離景點走路可達；可惜我們2間房都是靠近馬路，飯店門口馬路正在施工，挖土機早上7點就開始，機器非常吵、又影響我們從停車場出入，實在不是很好的環境！看評價時都說房間看的到新天鵝堡，可惜我們的陽台只有工程車及灰塵，不敢開窗！"
