"The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The management team is the best I’ve seen at any location I’ve vacationed before. The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine. Also, now with covid testing requirements to renter into the USA, they have a partnership with a medical clinic that comes to the hotel for rapid testing. I had NO problems at the airport boarding my plane. Did I mention...some of the BEST Haitian food I’ve ever...

"The Beau Rivage was a very local hotel. The staff spoke very little English, which is something to be aware of if you don't speak French. The staff were very friendly, but didn't know much about getting around; how to arrange a visit to La Citadelle or the buses to the Dominican Republic. I went to another hotel to arrange this. "Everything was great for being in Haiti . The pressure could been a little stronger in the shower.The staff gave me plenty of ice when electricity was being conserved for my insulin. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We had a balcony which added to the ambience of the experience . Would highly recommend this place .We had the third floor more like a Penn House or Condo .
