"Loved our stay. Mom and 4 kids. Beautiful space. Fantastic staff. Very helpful with local recommendations, food delivery afterhours and services in the hotel. Very comfy rooms. The included breakfast options were very diverse and delicious - lots to choose from (they offer complete menu included for breaky!). We felt the value was wonderful. Very happy there and will 100% book again if in Leon! Highly recommended. Only downside was sno hot water showers but it did not affect our stay overall....

"Hotel Tranquilo is a great hotel for people that want a quiet, safe, relaxing spot but be within walking distance of the other attractions, bars, and restaurants. We stayed there for 5 nights. The food was good...staff excellent, friendly and helpful...The atmosphere is relaxed even with multiple rooms are full there is enough space either on the two story palapa or in the well maintained pool to just chill. "First off, nobody speaks any English, so make sure your Spanish is good. The rooms, furniture and fixtures were highly used at best. There was only intermittent water made available for drinking and I had to go to the nearby hostel to fill my water bottle. Meal service was shaky and the staff seemed put out every time you asked for something. Though breakfast was included you have to ask for a voucher each morning from the receptionist who is never there. They also did not seem to offer any type...
