"Excellent property, location is at the end of city center. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Restaurants are open late. We arrived late in town and found all the restaurants open for dinner. Two times we needed assistance in the room, a safe we could not unlock and extra bathroom supply, staff was immediately at the door. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options.my daughter is vegan and she had fruits,vegetables,quinoa dish and kombucha teas are so appreciated. Definitely recommend this hotel."

From the moment we stepped into this beautiful mansion, every detail was handled with pure professionalism by almost everyone we encountered. ​The Welcome & Room ​The check-in was seamless, and our luggage was delivered to the room before we even finished the paperwork! The hotel hallways have an enchanting scent that makes the atmosphere feel truly dreamy. Our room offered a breathtaking view of Lake Argentino, and it was impeccably clean with an excellent bed and high-quality amenities. ​The Breakfast & Unique Details ​Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh pastries, cheeses, and even hot chocolate to enjoy by the window. We also loved the eco-friendly water refill station near reception; the water is exceptionally pure and light. ​Final Feedback for Management ​Despite our wonderful stay, I must mention a disappointing incident during our final minutes. We were waiting in the lobby for a taxi, yet the lady at the reception ordered a taxi for a British guest who arrived 15 minutes after us (and who hadn't even paid the late check-out fee of 160,000 Pesos). This caused us unnecessary waiting time for the next taxi. I hope this specific staff member receives proper feedback to ensure fair treatment for all guests in t"

Unbelievably beautiful hotel with the best breakfast options I’ve seen and plenty of complimentary items! The staff were incredible and the freebie snacks and drinks in the lobby were a welcome addition. :)"
