"The hotel is located in an area surrounded by beautiful hills. Unfortunately, you cannot enjoy the view from your room as the windows are equipped with glass you can not see through, so you can enjoy the view only when outside your room. The room with the hot tub I booked and payed for was not available when I arrived. The beautiful swimming pools in the pictures were under reparation during my stay, so not possible to use. "Gonaives does not have many options for tourists. However, this hotel was very clean and comfortable! The room was spotless and smelled clean, had a full bath, tv, and AC. The hotel had working wifi. The only issue with the hotel itself is that it is dated, but that's the case with many hotels and is nothing more than a visual criticism.
