Al subir con todo el equipaje sin recibir ayuda… la habitación no estaba lista y tuvimos que volver al lobby…. Con todas las maletas… y ya eran más de medianoche… y solo hizo un intento de disculpa para cambiar a otro cuarto…"

"This place is very close to shopping area and friendship bridge. The area is very quiet. Staffs are incredible. They speak very little English but they really try to answer the questions. Car parking is great"

"I did not have a great experience with this Hotel. There were someone else’s hairs all over the toilet (gross!) and a different hairs on the bathroom floor near the shower. The super cheap showerhead broke off so I couldn’t take a shower, maintenance came and also couldn’t fix it. I asked a few days before my stay if I could push my reservation forward a day and not only did they refuse to shift my reservation, but it was a struggle to get them to allow me to stay the second (that I paid for!!) because they said if I didn’t show up on the first night, I would be considered a “no-show” and they would keep all the money for the two nights and I’d have to make a new reservation. That’s insane. They finally agreed to let me stay my second (paid for!) night. So I paid for 2 nights and stayed only the second night. Kinda greedy for a place with a filthy toilet and non-working shower but if you won’t need any flexibility and lower your expectations you might enjoy it! The room/bed weren’t bad at all!"

"Nice place. Two issues: Dog barking on west-facing rooms, TV did not work properly - constantly had to be reset.Also, like all of C del E, hard to get an Uber."

"I booked a day ahead and when I arrive, they told me there is no room available but clearly they received the order and the confirmation number but didn’t mention anything to me or prepared anything. After I arrive, I have to call an uber take me to another hotel by myself in the middle of the night. Terrible service and ignorance."
