"The staff were all very professional and nice from the valet parking, registration, etc. We got a King Size bedroom. We were offered a better option for additional amount but declined. "The TV didn't work. There was a long sheet about how to get it working but who has that time? How about using the remote as usual? Every hotel should have blackout drapes but they did not. People moved into next room with a non-stop yipping dog. The stay overall was great but for price these issues need attention."

"Disappointing experience overall. The staff was inconsistent and not helpful. We requested a rollaway bed and were first told that none were available, then another employee told us the hotel does not have rollaway beds at all. This caused unnecessary inconvenience.
