"We were not aware that the booking made was not through The Capital Zimbali itself, and that the unit was privately owned. We had to wait 2 hours to gain entry to Zimbali due to the entry code that was not sent to us. We coukd not make use of Zimbali amneties, or order room service. The room had no cleaning service over the time we stayed there. The bath could not be used due to the plug that was leaking. The bathroom light turned off by itself. "there is not such place as Azure cove. It is false marketing as the place is called Boulders. i spent 30 minutes driving up and down Compensation beach road before finally discovering that the complex is called Boulders and another next door called Coral cove. Maybe just unit number 4 is called Azure Cove"

"Very pleased with the room and the surroundings. A suggestion would be to put candles or LED lights in the rooms, or link them to a generator, for loadshedding. With the ongoing crisis, i found the room very dark when i arrived (6.00pm). "

"I needed a place near King Shaka Airport to spend a night after a long flight from Dubai and Umdloti is about the easiest and closest, so I booked online through Expedia and got a good price too. The waves that morning of the Thursday 4 June were the highest they'd been for years and the early morning view was wonderful. I arrived very late and the watchman had all my details and let me in. My only regret was not being able to stay longer, as I had to drive to my destination the next morning....
