"The room was beautiful and comfortable. What I didn't like was, the street noise came right into the room. It sounded like the window was open, so drunks yelling between the bars and all that. It was not possible to close to blinds, and the strip of light was inline with the pillows on the bed and so it was little hard to sleep. "The hotel is located on Margaret Island offering an escape from the city. The property was well maintained. During our stay, I noticed a tile dislodged in one of the Thermal pools. I highlighted this to staff. During the evening, the pool was emptied, the whole area around the dislodged tile was re-tiled, cleaned and refilled by 9am the next morning. Excellent service.
