"The basic rooms at the hotel are pretty rundown. If you want to enjoy your stay go for a family room with a €25 additional charge per night. The parking is €20 per night but unless you have an electric but unless you have an electric car, it’s a nightmare to park in there, especially you come with a large car. The breakfast choice is okay but not superb.They don’t have room service, you can call the restaurant and they may send you something, but it’s up to them. I hated the toilet paper...

"Check-in was easy we were promised an upgrade that we never got. Our room basically overlooked the trashy side of the hotel, not a big deal as we were not there long. It is a resort property that it seems like many people came to take advantage of the full board, which we did not know about a time of booking. I would say if you’re going to stay at the hotel and eat at the hotel, definitely go full board. It will save you some money. The room was nice, but the toilet seat was broken and the sink...

"Fantastic hotel in a historic building close to the centre of Aracena. Very nice pool and very nice internal and external areas to relax in the heat of the day. The onsite parking was a real bonus as the town’s streets are typically narrow. Plus there are several good restaurants and cafes near the town square."

"This was the second time we came to this hotel, we went last year as well and again, had a great time!
I noticed some differences in friendliness from the staff, they were even more friendly and helpful compared to last year and also the restaurants felt less crowded and hectic which made the experience even better.
