"Jeg har stadig ikke fået depositum tilbage efter 5 døgn og hotellet svarer ikke på henvendelser - derfor dumpekarakter"

"The pool and jacuzzi were only available at no charge between 10 am and 2 pm. Seriously ? As if people will spend the good hours inside. Outside of these hours, they charge €20 per person. I found this outrageous. I have never seen a hotel that has guest pay for such amenities.
The hotel is also pretty far from the center of town, up on the hill. Not super convenient. It is actually one of the furthest hotels.
The rooms are very nice.
The breakfast is very expensive €22 and only starts at 8...
