"The mattress is way too soft. And in no world a bed smaller than queen size (160cm) should be allowed to be called a two-person bed.
Otherwise the room was ok. The breakfast is nothing to look forward to. Also the dishes are not very clean "

"Cheap and cheerful (staff). Room was clean, basic, bed was comfy. Serves it's purpose but at £50 for the night I've stayed in far worse. Would consider again. Limited food from a Service Station but to save a 3 hour drive in the morning it helped massively. "

"The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was really clean and well equipped. Breakfast was busy and some items were in short supply...but this was due to a late delivery. The staff were very apologetic about this. Gluten free bread was provided for us...all done with a smile! The hotel was easy to find and within easy reach of Southampton port...we definitely stay here again."

"Room was lovely, loads of character, nice comfortable bed and there were nice touches to the room like biscuits and tea and coffee. Staff polite. Will definitely stay again when in the area. "
