"Beautiful property, well furnished rooms with friendly & helpful staff. While I would fully recommend the property, it was disappointing to turn up and find no availability at the spa despite staying three nights/four days. Also, the hotel added on a service charge of £10/day on checkout despite having already paid a 12.5% service charge in the restaurants & bars (which made up 100% of our bill given we had pre-paid). "A one night stay prior to flight - excellent airport location. Sizeable heated o/d pool with adult only sessions. Good sized room with large bathroom including large walk in shower. An early start necessitated a continental room breakfast - a sizeable feast, better than many in house breakfasts!"

"Very good place to stay as a base for St Peter Port & Guernsey. Very central yet quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful: lovely people! Restaurant meals, especially the breakfasts, were great and reasonably priced. Our room was difficult to keep cool during the recent heat wave but staff responded very quickly to our comments. Overall: highly recommended."
