"We had a lovely stay at the Coyaba. The resort is beauitful and well maintained.
The staff are really helpful and the location of resort is great.
The food choices are excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Do remember if you are premium all inclusive the fridge will be stocked up."

"Need microwave in the rooms. It very inconvenient to have to walk to the ground floor to heat something and walk back 2 -3 flights of stairs. The food will be cold by the time you reach your room."

"The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."
