"Just come back from two nights here, so close to Earl’s Court underground.
Check in was so quick and the guy was very good.
Also dealt with two other guys on reception, one for extra tea and coffee and another for us to keep our bags in reception as we couldn’t take them to the tennis and both excellent.
Rooms had everything you need, beds were comfortable, considering your on a main road we personally couldn’t hear any noises.
One thing about the hotel is there is no lift so if you need that...

"This was a new concept for me. There is no reception and everything is done via an app (check in/out, entering the hotel, room, lift etc). I never saw a staff member in the three nights we were there. One issue was that other than around a dozen lockers, which were always full there was nowhere to leave your luggage, which was a bit of an issue on the first and last day. "The only positive thing about this property was its location. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The apartment had cockroaches, spiders, and other insects, which made the stay very unpleasant. The air conditioning was essentially non-functional. "I will first say that the staff was friendly, but couldn't really fix a problem we had. I know European rooms are small and typically not well air-conditioned.
