"One of the nicer hotels in Gibraltar. Nice breakfast at the top of the building, next to swimming pool with great views. Spacious room sizes. The annoying thing was the strange musty smell from the bathroom, which would be annoying if the door is not shut. "

"Although we were aware that the hotel was closing we still expected 4 star accommodation as that is what we paid for. The pool and terrace area were in a very bad state of disrepair and the pool area unusable. We asked for an upgrade to a sea view as there road works at the front of the building and therefore noisy but were told ( 6 hrs after asking and having to ask again)that no rooms were available although the hotel was clearly far from busy. "Nice hotel. Had the Junior Suite. Not great front desk communication. Restaurant and bar close too early, in my opinion given the location. Room needs a retrofit for the AC unit. The AC is quiet noisy. Nice room but the terrace is not cleaned. Be prepared when crossing the street. Thankfully hotel has safety signage around the property. "

"Hotel located is in nice area and walkable to everywhere. Quest and clean , small rooms ,really outdated and not much technology, I think renovation will help this hotel to look great in the future if owners take care of it . It’s pool on the side and bar , thank you "
