"Close to the airport. Convenient shuttle service which is easy to access. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel rooms are good. Bathrooms could use a revamp although it was clean. All in all i believe good for an overnight stay."

"This hotel is very convenient to me when I visit Johannesburg, however they are consistently let down by the poor attitude from the reception staff. Every request is greeted with a lack of enthusiasm, a surly uninterested attitude and an apparent desire to say no. Compare this to the team in the adjacent restaurant, the Bull Run, who are friendly and keen to provide service it makes you think the hotel should spend a bit more and recruit better staff."
