"Excellent location right on the lake with gorgeous views and an easy walk into Annecy’s Old Town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Be sure to take advantage of the indoor pool experience. Our only disappointment was the service at La Table, where we ate twice. The restaurant and bar seemed understaffed, resulting in very slow service for both food and drinks. The staff were pleasant, but appeared stretched too thin. We did not try the other on-site restaurants."

"Our family of 4 stayed in a mezzanine room which was perfect for our 2 days. Plenty of room, decor was fresh. The other areas of the hotel were well maintained. The pool was small but perfect place for a dip at the end of a tiring day. We didn’t go to the restaurant but got our breakfast at the bakery which did excellent pastries and coffee as well as sandwiches to take away. "The proximity to the train/bus station and the old town, as well as the lake was super helpful! Everything was within walking distance! We did have some issues with housekeeping the first week. If we didn’t ask for it, the housekeeper wouldn’t clean our room! The second week it was much better. The reception staff were very sweet and helpful and kept apologizing for the inconveniences we suffered. Also, be prepared to carry your suitcases from the 3rd to the 4th floor, the elevator only goes...

"Dit hotel kan je beter overslaan, tenzij je het voor 1 nacht boekt. Je betaalt de hoofdprijs voor een matige kamer waarbij de verlichting wel noodverlichting lijkt. Bij aankomst hadden we een kleine kamer waarbij de wc-bril helemaal loszat. Na een klacht hierover kregen we een andere kamer (invalidenkamer) waar ook bleek dat de bril niet top was, de wc naar camembert rook en de douchedeuren niet dicht konden waardoor de badkamer overstroomde. We zouden weer van kamer moeten wisselen ivm...

"When I checked in, I reported a very bad odor in my room and requested a room change. That was denied because I was told the hotel was fully booked. No remedy was offered and nobody from the hotel investigated. This made me assume they already knew there was a problem.
