"We stayed six nights at this hotel, which is centrally located. We had a junior twin room on the last floor, with a great view. It was spacious, comfy, very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were very polite, professional and helpful. There were A LOT of options to chose from for breakfast. We would not hesitate staying at this hotel in the future, and we have no problem recommending it."

"The location worked well for us - just outside the old town but quick to walk in and near the trendy Rottermann Quarter. The room was super comfortable and well-designed. The pool was also lovely. Breakfast had a great selection. "

"It was a great experience staying at Merchants House Hotel - accommodating staff, great location (walkable to restaurants & shops) & with healthy breakfast choices (location of dining area: beautiful cozy basement). Do not forget to take advantage of the sauna located inside the hotel; it was offered to us but we didn’t get the chance."

"Piti käydä hoitamassa yrityksen asioita ja samalla halusin rentoutua. Sviitissä oli oma sauna, niin pääsi saunomaan samalla. Huonepalvelukin tuli testattua ja tilattua ruokaa suoraan huoneeseen. Oli oikein mukava yöpyminen kaikkiaan. Alhaalla baarissa oli viihtyisä istua ja rentoutua ja syödä samalla pientä suolaista.."
