"Я не в первый раз! Чистота как всегда на уровне, ошиблась выбором номера, но ни одной минутой не пожалела, два не очень приятных момента- очень скудные и неразнообразные Завтраки, а выпечка - впечатление, что подогрели с остатков, и самое, что обидело и вызвало упадок настроения- в спа зоне перед самым носом клиента, бармены моют ноги в сланцах в бассейне, на вопрос, а что вы делаете- ответ- они же чистые! "Room was modern and clean. Minimalist, but had everything you need. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Good shower. Good price for the room in a good location- walking distance from the old town and from the Ferry port. 30 min bus/tram from the airport. Air con was fairly ineffective. It took the edge off the heat, but you could only reduce the target to a min of 20C and it only ever got down to 21.5C when I was there, despite having it on all the time. The curtains were the only other downside. The room was tall, so you couldn't pull them right the way across and in the early morning they let quite a lot of light in to the room round the sides of the curtains."

"This is a brand new hotel and thus has some technical issues (primarily air conditioning) that have yet to be ironed out. Despite the staff being as helpful as they possibly could be in facilitating a comfortable stay for us, we decided to relocate to another hotel. We were provided a full refund for our stay. This looks to be an issue with Novotel deciding to open the hotel prematurely and we have provided this feedback Novotel directly."
