"Enjoyed the stay but it was noisy trying to get to sleep in the cottage room and I’m curious as to why there were only 9 loungers in the spa but there are 60 bedrooms ? I had to sit on a chair .. not really the spa experience I was looking for.
Also another gripe of mine is no full length mirrors in bedrooms ? And no table near a mirror to sit and dry hair and do makeup ? It’s the little things that make all the difference."

"I had an issue with my room and the first time it was resolved, but it happened a second time with efforts from current staff and it couldn't be fixed due to the proper staff had already left for the day and I got moved to an upgraded room at no extra charge. I enjoyed my stay here!"
