"Hotel Maravilhoso! Novo, quartos amplos’ acochegante."

"Overall greatness!"

"We really loved our stay. The wine in the room was a thoughtful touch. The pool is a real highlight!"

"Just great"

"This place is beautiful and the villa would have been an amazing experience. After check in, we found out that the water in the bathrooms appeared brown-ish. We raised this issue twice with the hotel, and were told that the colour is due to the water coming from the municipal source. There was no filtering in place. The hotel provided drinking water bottles however it ruined the whole experience. We weren’t able to wash after a long day exploring and even properly brush our teeth. Needless to...

"I cannot recommend highly enough. I stayed for 5 nights in September and would return tomorrow if i could. The hotel itself is lovely with a lovely garden, it looks out over the park, there is tea and cake available every afternoon and it feels so homely. The staff are faultless and could not be nicer or more helpful if they tried, it was such a pleasure to stay there and is only a few minutes walk from the centre but lovely and quiet."

"Belleza de lugar es impresionante"

"Quarto excepcional! Espaçoso, banheiro amplo, camas confortáveis, café da manhã muito bem servido, equipe de apoio muito atenciosos. Vale muito a pena!!"

"Cosy stay"

"The setting of the hotel is lovely with great views in every direction. The property is more homely than high quality and although the people serving were lovely, it lacked the quality and finesse that we have seen elsewhere in SA eg Lanzerac and Raddisson Cape Town. The service at dinner was warm and welcoming but the foot was ordinary. The rare steak I ordered was medium to well done. I’d suggest the property is due for a refurbishment as in places our room looked tired. Location 5 stars;...

"The most amazing hotel! Beyond perfect experience. "

"Chapter House was perfect for what we wanted to do In Franschhoek. It was quiet, clean and the staff were very friendly. Well located near the high street too so a very short walk in. Accessible to vineyards too!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Banhoek Lodge in Stellenbosch. From the moment we arrived (the welcome mimosa was a very nice touch) everything felt warm, welcoming, and beautifully considered. The setting is simply spectacular, surrounded by breathtaking mountains and vineyards, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The lodge itself is stunning, with stylish, comfortable rooms, beautiful views, and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. The hospitality was exceptional; the team...

"Beautiful estate in Paarl. It actually has its own vineyards, and wine. Beautiful rooms. Would love to enjoy the hotel in summer. Their pool looks wonderful. Restaurant was superb. Perfect hotel to enjoy the ambience of the Western Cape"

"All I can say is wow! We stayed one night in the hotel and it was epic, every attention to detail you could imagine. The staff fell over themselves to be helpful, food was incredible and breakfast in the morning was another level. I wish we had booked for longer but we will be back "

"Beautiful hotel in the middle of town which was perfect for shopping and dining out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was huge and the room was really comfortable."
