"We've stayed at this hotel for the past 4 or 5 summers. We really love the staff, location, and this hotel in general. It's a great hotel for families with young children. The rooms are very spacious. It has a full size kitchen with all the plates/cookware you need, as well as a washer/dryer. My kids enjoyed going to the pool often. There is a kid's play room, indoor ping pong table, and an indoor pool table. There's a grocery store across the street (take the exit by the pool for the fastest walk there).
Since we drink a lot of water, we asked if we could purchase water from the hotel. They delivered a 19L bottle of water to our room. This saved us from the trouble of purchasing and carrying large bottles of water from the grocery store.
Most importantly, the staff is amazing. Ven always greeted my kids by their names. Am did a great job cleaning our room. Minh, Lah, and the rest of the hotel staff were super friendly. When we first arrived at our room, we were greeted with a plate of pastries and a bottle of wine. On the birthday of a member of our group, cake was delivered to our room. That was a nice treat!
Overall, we always enjoy our stay here and will definitely stay here again in the future."
