"The property is situated in a peninsula in Kalutara on a road with almost no traffic, a pleasant surprise in such a busy (and wonderful) city. The beach is lovely, but not swimmable because of strong currents. The room was large and bright. The washroom was clean, and the shower was awesome. "Outdoor surroundings are beautiful, clean and well kept with easy access to a sandy beach. Pool is large and easily accessible. Food is lovely with a huge choice in the buffet. There's also an Italian restaurant and noodle bar on site. I think all rooms have a lovely view over the Indian Ocean. Staff are very attentive, kind and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I hope to return next year."

"Layout of the hotel was good for see if views as the hotel stretches out length ways, room was a little rough around the edges and just feel it could do with a refurb to get five stars however the view was wonderful - the hotel seems to have like a hotel split in two vibe due to the layout Staff were all very nice Tuna turner was very nice food and drink but a little over priced when comparing the restaurants across the tracks which were very good River safari is worth paying a visit All in...
