"Check in was easy. Room lovely great new bathroom nice tiles bed comfortable. Breakfast was extra at £6.75 but worth it. New landlords have done a great job updating the George, looking forward to our next visit. Great centre location exploring Kinder Scout and Twenty Trees."

"Had a great stay, room service was great and clean and comfortable. The only downside I had in room 126 was that you could hear the gym, treadmill, dropping weights etc woke me up very early. Would stay again but would ask to be as far away from the gym as possible. "

"Too hot the radiator outside our room was too hot to touch but could not be turned off,consequently even with the window open our room wasbuncomfortably hot. Not very environmentally friendly. "

"Eaay to find. Good safe parking area. Friendly efficient staff. Room small but clean. Room well decorated. Good shower Toilet ran after flushing. Door to bathroom dudnot open fully and i stubbed my toe in the night. Great value"

"Very good for a budget hotel. Clean tidy friendly helpful staff. Bed a little on firm side Only complaint was only two towels supplied for a three person stay, but soon rectified. Plus the main light in the bathroom didn't work, luckily the mirror light was good."

"Enjoyed our 1 night stay, staff are polite and very busy, we had dinner and breakfast which was ok, our room was clean but a little TLC on the broken bedside lamp shades and coffee stain on the carpet, but thats me being picky, overall goodnight stay."
