"Turned up 30 mins after booking and was charged a “late check out fee” cos I checked in after a certain time but there was no mention of this on the website and it was actually booked after the time they stated!"

"Lovely room, perfect for relaxing after a day out walking. Chosen because it was dog friendly and it did not disappoint - good for walking into town and loved that there was a map showing us how to get there by avoiding the main road. Breakfasts were delicious! Thank you for our stay."

"When I was looking for a B&b in that area, Blossom House came up as available, so I booked it via Expedia. On arrival the owner stated that it was Room Only, I explained the advert station B&B, she the pointed to the small print that said-Room Only, that to me was a deception on her and Expedia part. I was a lone traveller and needed a Breakfast to set me up for the day, so I was very disappointed. Also. Wifi was included, but it never worked, couldnt use my card to pay and had to get £550 in...
