"Although it says resort it is actually a man camp. Towels smelled like mildew and office was closed when I was going to ask for replacements. We didn't get much sleep due to the loud noises and arguing outside. We will not return."

"Staff is always attentive and accommodating to my needs. The facility is dated but rooms always clean and bed comfortable. As a single woman, I'm always given a room close to the office which makes me feel safe. Price is very fair for the accommodation. I recommend it for an overnight stay."

"Beds where very comfortable, but I got a worn out card key and a used key card sleeve, which that wasn't to terrible bad, the roaches on the bathroom is what made the experience not so great!"

"We made a reservation around 9 PM on Saturday the 22nd and it was accepted and booked for that night. We made the reservation through Expedia. We arrived at the Wintergarden Inn in Crystal City TX around 10 PM. The office was closed so we called the Inn's after hours phone number but no one answered. "We arrived to the place around 9 pm and the office doors were locked. You have to ring the bell, she took forever and the place was so dark. When she finally got to the office the clerk was in such as very bad mood. Expedia said breakfast included, but when I asked about breakfast hours she said there's no breakfast."

"Front office didn’t have nobody there. Had to call and wait for someone to arrive. Got to the room and didn’t have towels. Had to call again and wait for them to come back. Asleep next morning at 8am an employee just opens the room and starts to enter. Horrible experience."

"Good hotel for the price, my room was huge with a king size bed. The ac worked great in my room, got cold, which I was surprised because of the size of the room! Only thing was, it was on heat when I got in the room, don’t know why, I would think the ac would be on and the room would be nice and cool when you walked in since they know your coming."
