"Get a better exterminator"

"Upon arrival the elevator was out of order. The staff did give me a first floor room which was accommodating. The gym on the other hand, was basically inoperable, the machines need major repairs. There was no housekeeping during our stay we had to keep calling to ask for things and were told they were gone for the day which is ridiculous when it was like 12 noon."

"Had to wait to check in because nobody was at the desk. The beds were hard. I came down for breakfast at 8:30a and food had not been replenished."

"10/10 all around!! When we came inside after getting our things the staff stopped us and told us we were getting a different room than the one they were giving us to begin with because the AC was broken. They are so sweet"

"Holet was close to the ball parks we were playing at but the tv was confusing to use and the faucets were hard to use . Beds were hard"

"The room was amazing, too much of a room for me but enjoyed it. My daughter wanted a bath tub and we were told that the hotel didn’t have any rooms with a tub."
