"When we checked in the clerk assigned a handicap room. When I inquired about the reservation the clerk informed me that I requested a handicap room. He never offered to help to see if I could have another room. The beds were terrible as they used box spring instead of using a regular mattress. I had the worst night for sleeping causing the worst back pain. I mentioned the issue the following morning to the desk clerk who showed concern. "First thing i do is pull the sheets back and im glad i did. Their was blood on the sheets. I was moved to another room and their was hair both in the tub and on the bathroom floor. When i walked into the bathroom it smelled like someone pooped! Not what i expect from holiday inn."

"The on site restaurant and bar were wonderful and Chris, the bartender was a hoot! The hotel was clean and convenient to the highway. The amenities were great."

"Great place and friendly staff."

"Hotel room was clean & quiet, bed was comfortable but overall the hotel needs to be refreshed - fairly worn & dated. Staff was welcoming & helpful. Breakfast was good the first day with a lot of options. The second day there were issues with one of the coffee makers that took quite a while to fix, while that was being worked on the hot breakfast items weren't replenished & not available."

"Looks just like pics. It was clean other than the downstairs floor could have been mopped better. We loved the chiminea under the stars. We also enjoyed the games! This was the smallest space we’ve ever stayed at with our family. Cute tiny home community."

"It really needs to be completely remodeled. New carpet and up to date furniture throughout. They are a little behind on other places I've stayed."

"This place was fantastic. The ladies at reception were kind and helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent - large with good water pressure. The complimentary breakfast was the best we've ever experienced at a hotel. Hot and plenty of choices. We enjoyed this place so much that we booked it again for our return trip."
