"They have a sticker on the bathroom mirror that stated if you were staying more than one night they would change the linens and towels every three days. After the fourth night we had to request service. It is located right off I-35 so there was traffic noise. The breakfast was okay but not great, the coffee was good though. Shower head would not turn off all the way and was hard to get to an acceptable temperature. The bar was only open one night while we were there which included a weekend. Don't think we will stay there again."

"I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The location was perfect—convenient to everything while still quiet and relaxing. Great amenities and excellent service made this a truly enjoyable experience. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"The room had a strong musky smell and seemed like cigarette odor also. The bath/shower was obviously painted at some point, but it had peeled on the bottom near the drain about 2’. So it looked uninviting and dirty. The room had only one bath towel. Shower curtain has rips on both ends."

"Carpets were very dirty on first floor and just as bad in the room. I had multiple stains on every part of the bedding. I lifted up the mattress to examine, and was grossed out. I just turned the lights off so I couldn’t see how dingy the room was and passed out and couldn’t wait to leave. I would have absolutely checked into another room if I wasn’t completely exhausted."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The pictures online are extremely misleading and do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. When we arrived, the exterior looked rough, with boarded and cracked windows visible from the outside. There was even yellow caution tape around some of the grassy areas near the entrance, which immediately gave a poor first impression. As soon as we walked into the lobby, there was an overwhelming smell of Fabuloso or another strong cleaner that seemed like it was being used to cover up an unpleasant odor. The front desk employee was not welcoming or helpful during check-in and made little effort to answer questions or provide assistance. The room itself was okay, but it looked nothing like the photos advertised online. We were only provided a towel, and the window shade would not close all the way, leaving very little privacy. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. The guests in the room next to us were laughing loudly, talking, and playing music from around 2:00 a.m. until we left at 6:30 a.m. We got almost no sleep. When I checked out, I informed the same front desk employee about the disturbance. Instead of showing concern or apologizing, he simply responded with an “okay,” smirked, and laughed. When I mentioned that I had been unable to sleep all night, he said he would check on them, even though we were already leaving. His response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, this stay was not worth the m"
