"The base boards were torn off and the carpet had sheetrock dust all over the carpet."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Location 2 blocks from Wolf River front."

"My room was clean and convenient to where I parked my car. They had numerous excellent parking spaces. My room was very comfortable and had every amenity I could ask for, such as a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff was so helpful and so nice. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was excellent for my stay. The property also had an excellent restaurant. It made it convenient to walk over for dinner. "No tv but staff said I would get a $30 credit per day which I have not seen yet"

"Pool area needs maintenance and to be cleaned. Didn’t use the hot tub because it looked like sand on the bottom. Trash on the floor in the pool area. Dirty towels left in the sauna. Workout equipment in poor condition and did not work. Water bottles stored in workout room taking up a bit of floor space. Breakfast did not look good, there was an oatmeal container that was open and just left in the basket not sure for how long. Room cleanliness was ok but the rest of the property needs...
