"I picked this hotel specifically wanting to use the pool it said nothing about it being closed for maintenance when I booked my reservation. This should have been flagged somehow that was the main reason I chose this hotel and the pool was closed. I was very disappointed."

"The staff was nice. The room was clean. The air conditioner in the room was horrible and did not cool. You could barely feel the air coming out. Walking to our room was a bit sketchy. People standing around smoking. Looked like there were more people than the occupancy allowed in some of the outdoor rooms. Room doors were open I suppose due to the air conditioners not working properly."

The breakfast included everything to make a delicious sandwich - eggs, cheese, sausage, spicy fried chichen breast, various breads and sauces- and whole wheat waffles and french toast!"
