"Gorgeous hotel!! We got a last minute deal through Expedia for less than $200. We didn't expect much for that price, but when we opened the soor to our room, it was gorgeous and huge!"

"Clean room, attentive staff and nice facilities"

"Very worn out property, although clean it smelled weird. Staff was efficient. Elevators usually don't frighten me but this one did. Creepy cold blue lights in the room, I've never been in a prison cell but that would be better than this place. I'm far from a coffee snob but I could drink a cup of five year old instant coffee covered in mold before I drank the garbage served in their lobby."

"The fact that I originally reserved online for a week and only paid a $50 deposit and then was told it would be another $400 nothing more to extend my stay. I paid that $400 and then upon paying not only did they keep my change they also told me that I would have to come up with another deposit of $100 in order to continue my stay being that I had to go to work I was not able to grab my belongings in case of being locked out even though I was told it was only $400 with nothing extra since I have...

"Staff and room were great but the grounds needed a lot of work"

"Really refreshing to check into a hotel and from first glance know this was a good choice."

"Nice area clean rooms."

"Upon arrival my first night my TV was not working and with only 1 staff member in the entire property she could not figure it out either. The property generally was clearly “ dated” ( chipped paint etc.) Generally understaffed"

"Rooms were clean and the staff very good. However, the rooms need better maintenance and supervision. Furniture was in poor condition so are the doors into the bathroom and entrance doors into the room. These issue can be surpass if management pays more attention to the condition of the hotel"

"I have stayed with this hotel brand many times and this was one of my favorite hotels but not anymore. First I called ahead to confirm my reservation and the front desk clerk Diamond was rude and uneducated. She couldn't barely speak and communicate in clear English and upon arrival at the property she continued to be rude bc she didn't like the tone of my voice? I think she expected a paying customer to stroke her Ego. I was tired and just ready to check in the room I paid for but she acted...

"Friendly staff, easy check in. We stay about once a month when the Hard Rock casino is packed or has an event. The shuttle is convenient and it's nice having a clean safe place to come back to after an evening of fun"

"Me and my boyfriend loved our room, we got the king suite with balcony and it was so clean, big, comfortable. Only problem was our air conditioner wasn't working but otherwise it was still a pleasant stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful"

"Awesome property overall"
