"Comfortable room, good breakfast and fabulous for an airport hotel but the room was very warm and has to get a fan from reception in order to sleep."

"The staff was great especially Arun at the bar who did his best to make me smile after the pool fiasco and helped other staff understand orders. He’s management material. . It is very easy to walk to the airport but the stated pool closing hour was as 8 which is early. I went down at 7:40 and was told that it was too late to get in, last in is7:30 but no one said. After a very hot day walking in London, I was not happy. Also, you can’t charge food to your room so I needed to go back to my room and get a card."

"Breakfast was awesome Surprised that as a spa hotel there was no complimentary body lotion After a sweltering first night we got a fan which made a great difference It was a shame we didn’t get to use the gym and pool but hotel was ideally placed for the visits we needed to make. Good value, particularly with the included breakfast."

"Great spot- right in the centre of town. Room was comfortable and great to have ability to cook simply and make breakfast. We had the basic room and there was enough room for sleeping but not too much lounging for the 3 of us. Be aware of the high parking costs at the next door car park! Only downside was the size of the brakfast sandwich- 2 tiny slices of sausage and 1 slice of bacon in a bun for £13!"

"Staff are helpful and the room was comfortable with a decent bed, my only criticism is the breakfast was really not good, no eggs ( although shown on the picture) cold beans and I had the last piece of cold bacon, I could accept this minimal amount if I had been late or early but not at 8am, otherwise a very pleasant stay."
