"We had reservations for 2 rooms through Expedia.
Staff at front desk said they could see “the request for 2 rooms “ come through but only had one available room.
We were left scrambling to find another available hotel at 11 pm even though we had confirmed reservations with Expedia
Staff were not helpful at all & kept saying there’s nothing they could do"

"Absolutely horrible. One of the worst properties we have stayed in. Zero customer service. Strong industrial cleaner smell. Could not open window due to torn screen. Security door to back parking lot broken. NO HOT WATER. Run away from this hotel. Quality only in name. Should be renamed to Broken Down Inn."
