I have very sensitive skin and forgot to pack my face wash so I used the makeup remover wipe and that was very nice too. The breakfast was good and there were lots of choices. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I woke up with a horrible crick in my neck from the pillows and hip pain, there was a dog barking incessantly outside our window (we were on the third floor)...

"I reserved a suite for my mother and I, not knowing it was on the second floor with no elevator. My mother is disabled and cannot climb stairs whatsoever. The front desk person had zero compassion for the situation and zero remedies since I booked with Expedia (a 3rd party). I ended up having to book another a room on the first floor and coud not cancel the suite. Hard lesson learned on not checking on floor and elevator situation.
