"The property is located conveniently near the east Nada. The rooms are dated but clean. The service quality is below par. The AC remote in our room wasn’t functional. Upon request they replaced one. We requested for water which they acknowledged but they never showed up. It is unlikely that we’ll return to this place, "

"The hotel is a 5 min walk from East Nada. It is a modern hotel with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was delicious. The staff and service at the hotel was great."

"Good room. Excellent staff. Good view of the waterfall, though not very close. However nice view of the water flowing in front of the resort. Good breakfast spread as well as ala carte options for lunch and dinner. On the whole a very pleasant and refreshing stay."

"The booking for this property was done by my daughter in the U.S on my behalf. It was an accidental booking, because originally the booking was intended for "STERLING GURUVAYUR. My stay was OK, except for a dispute with the staff for an additional cost imposed on me for the extra bed. While booking it was specifically mentioned the number of persons 3 and a spacious room with 3 beds was selected and payment done online accordingly. Still i was asked to pay extra for the additional guest. I...
