"We booked a room with a sleeper sofa. There were no sheets on the sleeper nor in the room for the sleeper sofa, and the mattress was old and lumpy and uncomfortable. We found a live bug in one of the beds. Cream rinse was missing in the bathroom. Keys didn't work properly. We had just stayed at the Sleep Inn in Lincoln NE university area, and it had been top-notch. Colby was a bad experience following that."

"The only reason I stayed at this motel was because it offered smoking rooms. There were both live and dead bugs throughout the room, and the refrigerator did not work. The light fixture on the left side of the bed was broken and didn't work. On the upside, the staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful."

"PROS: Staff was helpful and kind. CONS: Everything smelled like cigs, looks like a tweaker was out in the parking lot, and the TV channels didn't work."
