"Very nice place to stay for a quiet getaway without having to drive several hours from Birmingham. Idea for a couples weekend getaway or parents for a quick quiet getaway. Fridge is small so if staying longer than a weekend I would recommend a cooler for extra storage."

"Stayed overnight. Very clean and great location. Would stay there again."

"If you're looking for somewhere to sleep and shower, this is great for that. Did a sweep with a black light and found nothing that crawls. Little outdated but again, if you want somewhere to just sleep and shower, this is perfect."

"Quite, Clean and the staff was incredibly"

"My bed was clean, but that’s about the best part of the stay. Two of the towels in the room were stained, it smelled like mold and they had 4 blowers in the hall to dry other rooms right next to ours, and our remote had tape on the back of the remote… it’s in the details I guess."

"Clean and smelled nice"

"Breakfast was the only thing that was not that good, coffee was great."

"Front desk was not open for service! I have pics with all lights off. Trash was spewn all over the grounds. Kids bikes, lawn chairs and charcoal grills in front of several units. Arrived within 20 min of reservation. Had to stay at a Motel 6 another 16 miles down the road. Name on the property is Best Inn Suites. Not Suite Stay. Have pics of the sign and my Apple Location and the grounds that match the pics on Expedia! Please cancel your pending debit on my account! Thank you"

"The staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful."

"New place"

"ROACHES on the walls and in the bathroom, switched rooms and same thing plus mold in the other room. Couldn’t stay and had to leave also would not refund my money. Worst hotel experience ever!"

"So…we were about 1 hr early, told that there were no clean rooms ready, check in was in an hour…all the hotel rooms dirty? Asked for clean towels for next day and were told there were no clean towels available and did not know when there would be more the next day!?!? We have stayed before because family in the area…will be finding someplace different for future visits 😕"

"Love it"

"Norman Bates motel…enough said"

"The staff was very welcoming and kind as I arrived. They said hello if I bumped into them around the property. The room was extremely clean, but had a strong smell of bleach. The interior seemed updated and fresh. I was a little concerned that the room had so many locks (3) at the door but I was safe, the road noise was a bit loud."
