"I had a pleasant stay.I was at the hotel for 10 days. The club room was very nice. The staff were always ready to assist and very helpful The only feedback I have is that they can improve more on maintaining a higher standard of cleanliness. "Clean Comfortable & Convenient We were in Surat on business and this was the most ideal location. Just 3 mins walk from train station. There is an excellent restaurant right next door as part of hotel and you can order food in the comfort of your room too. Staff is very helpful and polite. Our stay was most comfortable and we will certainly stay here again."
