"Found this gem at a last minute trip to Branson. 2 bedroom 2 bath with all the timeshare inclusions. A winner!"

"Terrible experience. Pools and hot tubs are small and overcrowded. They state in the advertisement that pools are heated…they are not. It was concerning to me as well that there is no lifeguard on duty at any of the pools…and parents were not watching their kids. Very dangerous. We paid extra for a hot tub…it was disgusting. There was black mold all over the place on the tub and coming out of the jets, a piece was broken off the tub… and the bottom of the tub was dark grey with a yellow substance that it looked like they were covering a hole or something. It was like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We had to wear flip flops in the tub it was so disgusting. We could not even use it. (See pics below). At the end of the stay we were responsible for removing the sheets, placing the towels in the tub. Basically cleaning the room. I have never stayed at a “resort” where you were responsible for getting your replacement towels and toilet paper. You had to go to a little hut for this. No daily maid service. Then at the end of the trip you were responsible for taking out your own trash. The entire trip I kept getting calls hounding me to be a part of the Stillwater’s Family which is basically a timeshare. Overall, not a good place to stay. We were not impressed."

"Loved the amount of space. House was beautiful and location was great ! Was not made aware that we had to go to another location for check in which was inconvenient since we had just traveled 12 hours and was ready to relax. Would have liked to have locks on inside of front door, it automatically locked so no one from outside could just walk in but had no way to stop anyone from going out. I have 2 toddlers and they were able to open front door easily because we couldn’t secure it. Overall had a good experience."

"You are getting exactly what you pay for. No check-in instructions or property information sent unless you ask. Property has many (mostly it seemed) long term residents. Humid rooms with little to no hot water. Loud neighbors and dogs in residence moving at all hours of the night. If you’re in a pinch like we were, this is a good option, but if you’re as beat as we usually are coming back from a long day at SDC, comfortable accommodations are essential."

"There technically wasn't much actually wrong, but rooms that photograph like a cabin and have the word cabin repeatedly in the marketing make it seem like that's what you get. Instead it's a cabin themed large apartment in 506. So that was disappointing. Needs a face lift but nothings broken. Strained carpet, beat up doors and trim, terrible kitchen pans and utensils, toilets that need extra attention to stop running. Really nothing $2K can't stretch another few years out of, except for underbuilt bouncy floors. So I got a decent room, had a good time, but I've had better in the area for the same amount of money."
