"Our stay was pretty good, staff was helpful - in particular Daniella during a hectic check in, due to the computers being temporarily down and testing the fire alarm system simultaneously. She did a fabulous job and I spotted her several times over helping and directing co-workers. Pool was nice, laundry facilities during our stay were ok, but one machine needed some maintenance."

The shower was not clean, and there were some insects crawling in the bathroom. The fitting sheet on my bed, next to the window, was constantly sliding off, very uncomfortable to...
