"It was a very nice hotel for what we were staying there for which was simply a stop to sleep for the night during a long drive. Miss Diane in the breakfast area was fantastic and what any customer service driven employee should strive to embody. "

"Breakfast was bad. Sausage looked like it was reheated. Dogs barking on the floor we were staying. Water pressure was terrible. Shower handle was broke. Very disappointed with this Hampton. It seems very dated. "

"Stayed in the suite, Vanity lighting was too low, Kitchen light switch was hard to find. No utensils or dishes avaliable in Kitchen, ironing board was damaged and unsafe. Everything else was great."

"This is a great place to break up your I-95 trip. The hotel was very nice. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was OK but you get what you pay for and this is a very nice place."

"The curtains were falling off the wall and they were dirty, the top of the dresser was also dirty, the floor and bathroom were somewhat clean."

"I can only describe this motel as a "GHETTO MOTEL" My overnight stay was a terrible experience, and this was the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Check-in was done with a live on-screen contact with someone from India or Pakistan, whom I could not understand. Someone behind me in line had to translate for me. The small lobby stunk of Curry. In the room, the curtain, chair, and suitcase bench were all stained. The bathtub had been painted white, and the paint was flaking off, clogging the drain...

"Parking was the only thing good about this stay. Glad it was just for a few hours for a quick rest before heading back on the highway "

"I would not suggest courtland inn unless you have NO other options. I paid for a kkng suite and had a room the size of a walk in closet. Renovations are severly needed "

"The parking was convenient as I was able to park right outside the room. The staff being friendly and the Wi-Fi being fast were definitely among the highlights."

"Reception was not staffed, building is in disrepair, airconditioning did not work. Room smelled of insect repellant and outside smelled of natural gas. Much trash in parking lot and on walkways. I wondered about bedbugs BUT bed linens seemed clean."
