"We picked this hotel because it had a pool. Apparently owners decided to close the pool for maintenance the day before. We had 4 kids very excited to swim. There were less expensive hotels without pools closer to where we were going & I asked for a discount & the staff member said she would pass along the request. No response & so far no discount."

"Room was clean. The pool was taken over by kids and the hot tub didn't work. Le Jefe was excellent with service and food. The margaritas were great. Kids loud in the hallway yet at 11:30-12:00."

"We appreciate how clean the room and then entire hotel was kept. The dining area was spacious and comfortable. We ordered pizza and had a nice family evening. The pool was great! Such a nice staff, from the front desk to the woman who tended the breakfast area. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Very dirty room… there was a big bug smashed on the wall, the jacuzzi had lots of hair in it, the floor wasn’t vacuumed, there was a cigarette butt on the pullout mattress. Also no continental breakfast, as stated. "
