"Staff was super helpful and quick to help. There was a small issue with room (not a huge deal). The attendant quickly switched me to a different room without delay. Every time I left or returned thru the lobby I was greeted with a friendly smile. The breakfast room was well stocked and had lots of hot and cold options. The space was clean. As a female solo traveler safety is always a concern. I felt very safe in the whole space. I saw cameras in all the common areas and there was always one or two people either at the desk or outside the main door. The parking lot was well lit with no darker areas or overgrown bushes. I was one the 1st floor so when I looked out the window I noticed the shrubs were well maintained and small. Overall I was very happy with how safe I felt. "

"It’s exactly what you would expect for lodges in a state park. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and we could even have our dog with us! Service was good and staff was friendly. Beautiful setting. Deer everywhere along what use to be the golf course. A great 2 mile walk….we probably saw 20 deer! "

"Wish there was ways to.badge in the rear entrance at night. Also caught 2 women messing with others vehicles along with mine. So maybe better eye on parking lot at night."
