"No soap or conditioner in the bathroom. Only 2 towels for a family of 4. Hot tub of order."

"Never again!"

"Very slow check in from the moment we showed up. One elevator was shut down before we got there and then the other broke within a half hour after we got there with someone inside so the fire department was called. Carrying your luggage and gear up 3 flights of stairs was not fun. Front desk was not trying to comp anything or provide any kind of discount. We have stayed at other locations and they were great but not this one. Breakfast was also not great."

"We liked the facility. We liked being able to cook our own food in the room. Ironically this led to our only complaint. Another resident across the hall had cooked and burnt some spicy Indian food and it stunk up the whole floor with harsh smoke that left us choking. That’s not the hotels fault but it happened."

"Everything was great except the restroom toilet was to close to cabinet and sink in the bathroom was also to small and close to the wall. Other than that all else was up to par."

"Esta muy bien ubicada"

"Clean room Great staff"

"This is really a great place to stay! The room was clean spacious and the shower was hot with a lot of water pressure! The breakfast was really good and the staff was outstanding exclamation I would stay here over the other places in town!"

"Ok"

"The room was clean. We only had 1 bath towel to use and we were 2 people. It does not provide breakfast, this is one of the reasons we chose the hotel, they were supposed to provide a continental breakfast. she told me after I had already paid, if we decided to leave we would get a refund 3-5 days later. I paid in cash since she said there was extra fees if we used a card payment. On Saturday morning We requested ice for our small ice chest and were only given like 2 cups of ice. We went to get...

"When we got to the room there was so much moisture in the room that the floor was slippery, the bedding felt damp, it made sleeping very difficult. We had to wake up early for an event and we didn’t have any hot water in the morning., overall just not a good experience and we will definitely spend a little more next time for a better experience."

"Unbeatable Value and Top-Notch Hospitality in Aransas Pass! We had a fantastic experience at Conn Brown Harbor Inn during a quick impromptu weekend trip. The value here is incredible—what we paid for our entire three-day weekend stay was equivalent to what a single night usually costs at a standard hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Every area of the property was exceptionally clean, including the parking lot, lobby, hallways, and guest rooms. We were...

"I would definitely stay there again."

"Good place to stay. Low water pressure but still usable. The room was clean 👌"

"Clean rooms and staff was great"

"Unfortunately, we didnt have a good experience at all and it didnt match the reviews I saw on the site (9.2 excellent). Upon entering the lobby, you can smell a very strong mold smell. We found a roach on the carpet (which they removed and later told us was a cranberry?..). The room hadn't been vacuumed, was also dusty and lastly the toilet wasnt working properly and wouldn't fill up. The only positive was the front desk staff who was very understanding and helpful. We didnt end up staying for...
