"Clean room, breakfast was good, parking was easy"

"Stayed 2 nights with 7 family members. Staff was helpful and very nice. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good, there was a variety. Parking was good, plenty of night light. Very near a grocery store HEB. Only disappointment was pool area could use some love. Hot tub did not work and was gross and pool did not have cloren. All staff members were awesome!!!"

"As soon as you walk in there’s a slight mildew smell. Our room was on the second floor and it was humid in the hallway. The room was clean but the rr had a slight sewer smell. The pool wasn’t clean enough and the hand rail walking in was loose and not bolted in the ground (hazardous). The breakfast was good and the overall stay was decent enough. Def need to maintain the place better."

"Great, budget-friendly getaway! We had a quick getaway and really enjoyed our stay. Our corner room was clean and basic, but nice, quiet, and had a great, comfortable bed. The 24-hour coffee and tea service in the lobby was a wonderful perk! The hotel was busy due to its close proximity to Corpus, but it was still very easy to get to. The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating. Best of all, the cost is very family-friendly. Highly recommend!"

"Checking in was ok, the man was respectful. Once we got into our room, the ac was leaking and the toilet paper holder was broken. It did also smell musty like the place is very old. I was willing to over look this only because the price is not expensive for the Motel 6, However, the next day when I reported the ac leaking and broken toilet paper holder and requested more towels and to see if our beds could be made up by housekeeping, the lady denied my request and said we have to be staying more...

"They have a pool but refused to give towels for the pool on the first day. The staff on the following day was much nicer. The bathroom was nasty. Black/moldy caulking in the whole shower and any 10 year old could do a better caulking job then what they had done. The front door was absolutely ATROCIOUS!!!!! The beds were ok. Charged $142 for a place you would expect to pay $65 for!!"
