"First, it took me about 40 minutes to be standing at the door just to wait for somebody to come check me in the breakfast needs to be taken off of the Expedia because they do not serve breakfast the gym all the equipment is tore up. You cannot use it. It was just a terrible experience and I will not be back."

"The property is located nicely on the river (Lake Eufaula) and easy to get to. It looks good but is fairly old with a rough parking lot. The pool was open and was nice to use due to high heat weather however, it badly needs a refinish and repaint of the bottom. The room was average in quality but we found the floor dirty and gritty. "Front lobby looked and smelled great, I wish I could say the same about the room. As soon as you opened the door a bad odor from the carpet hits you. Room was not cleaned well, needs major updates and cleaning. My breaking point was when I found roaches in my room. I ended up checking out 3 days early and finding a new place to go. Staff was friendly"

"Our one night stay was excellent. We had a bit of an issue at checkin because of an Expedia error with out reservation. The staff and manager did an excellent job of getting it resolved. The room was very nice, clean, and comforable. The tub/shower was slow to drain and noted by the staff to fix. Breakfast was quite good with great attendant. Good job Tracy. "We got the jacuzzi room and besides having a water spot where someone before us spilled water out of the tub, it was such a wonderful experience. We wanted to relax and we were able to! Our only issue was the cleaning lady was at the desk while we were in the lobby and arguing and complaining to the guy at the desk (? Owner). It was a bit awkward. Other than that, for an older place it was pretty good."
