"2020年から毎年来てますが、去年、今年と本当にサービスの質が落ちてます。二度といかない。 まずビュッフェに10:10分に行き、10:20分にオムレツを頼んだらキッチンはクローズしてると、なら何故席に着いた時に聞かない？ 次にプールサイドでは飲食禁止？去年はできたし、プールサイドで水飲めないホテルなんて聞いたことない。 おまけにホテルのサービスウォーターを頼んだら昼は無料、夜は有料？別にいいけど意味がわからない。 おまけに独立記念日のディナーはビュッフェで、ハエだらけ、一つ星ホテルかと言うぐらいの質で約400CHF (8-9万円)。いやいや、ふざけすぎでしょ。"
