Went inside no Hotel staff used the phone at the front desk for them to tell me my key was laying there in a plastic container. "I booked a walk in shower because of hip surgery. They did not have a room on the first floor but they were able to find one on the secone floor. I was also expecting a bell boy to help me with my luggage. There was none."
