"New modern accommodation. It’s fresh and clean and right in the centre of town. There are a few things that could do with being better, but that’s just our opinion. If clean modern fuss free is what your after the. This ticks the boxes. Things that could be an issue for some but we managed ok. "Great location and apartment, the staff are very friendly too. Right in the heart of Birmingham city centre, parking at B4parking isn’t too far and you get a discount if you enter your vehicle registration on the tablet in the lobby when you check out. "The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! "

"The property was clean but the bathroom door didn't close properly as it was swollen. I managed to shut it but then couldn't open it again, thankfully my daughter pushed it from the outside to let me out! The toilet cistern also kept filling and wouldnt stop, we'd to wedge the ballcock so we could sleep."
